Wednesday, Feb. 12 Practice at Putney School

Your Nordic Word of the Week- Holmenkollen is a neighborhood in Oslo, Norway. In addition to being a residential area, the area has been a ski recreation area since the late 19th century, with its famous, ski jumping hill, the Holmenkollbakken, hosting competitions since 1892.

Hello Skiers! WE are SO excited about the snowfall from the recent storm! And we hear that more may be on the way. We will meet at the main parking lot of the Putney School at 315-330 to ski Pages Field and tour the woods!

Hans and our Volunteer Coaches will be there to give guidance on classic skis. We have a super fun program in store and great fun in mind!  The sking will be excellent!

We hope everyone can join us for a fun ski. Vermont at its best!

We are hosting a classic race on Saturday. It will be relay format. The emphasis is on FUN and this is a great occasion to have a race experience if you have been curious. Please join us!!

See you on Wednesday!

Eric, Hans, and the Volunteer Coaches
